After exploring the gorgeous Finger Lakes Trail or cycling along one of the most scenic routes in North America, rent a boat and you can sail to one of our lakeside restaurants with dock access for truly exquisite waterfront dining.

The autumn traveler will witness the scenic surroundings transform into majestic fall foliage — the perfect backdrop for visiting one of Hammondsport’s two renowned museums: The Glenn H. Curtiss Museum with a focus on aviation, and the Finger Lakes Boating Museum now at home in the historic Taylor Winery complex. Winter offers our Annual Cookie Walk, Christmas in the Park, and Winter Stroll, as well as Keuka Lake Wine Trail events. 

Our quaint village offers a variety of restaurants, antique and gift shops. They are all a block away from beautiful Keuka Lake and three of our town parks. Depot Park and Champlain Beach offer public swimming during the summer months. Trails lead from one park to another.
